Cancellation & Refund Policy

The course is a one-time purchase from us, and it carries the money-back window set out below. If you took a version of this course from some other storefront, that storefront charged you and that storefront is the one that refunds you.

The course

The course is bought once, and the purchase includes unlimited access, with every update to the course. We do not cut it off. Nothing recurring is charged and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

Purchases made through our Teachable school follow the refund terms shown at that checkout, in line with Teachable's policies.

When Access Ends

Access and payment are two halves of the same arrangement, so they end together. When a payment is reversed, the access it bought closes at the same moment, rather than running on to the end of a month or through a grace period.

None of this is meant as a penalty. It is only the other half of the transaction, and it is reversible: if a refund was requested by mistake, or over something that turns out to be fixable, email michael@shipreal.dev and your enrollment goes back on the same day.

Teams & Corporate

Corporate and team purchases may be governed by a corporate agreement, which includes a scoping phase before any payment so the curriculum, integrations, and tracking setup are agreed in advance. Unless the agreement says otherwise, corporate purchases are non-refundable after delivery begins, and seat counts are adjusted at renewal rather than mid-term.

What Is Not Refundable

How to Request

Email michael@shipreal.dev with your order number, the email you purchased with, and a sentence on what went wrong. If another storefront charged you, request it there instead: it holds the payment, so only it can return it.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on business hours and on processing times at our payment provider and your bank, so allow up to 10 business days for the money to appear, occasionally longer for international cards.

Who Actually Charges You

Payments for the course are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record, or, for buyers in Israel, by Morning (GreenInvoice) and its payment partners including Grow. Those are the only routes we charge through. ShipReal never sees or stores your card details. Refunds are issued through whichever of these charged you, which is why we need your order number to route the request.

The charge on your statement may not say "ShipReal". Depending on which route processed your payment and how your bank abbreviates it, the line may appear as PADDLE (often as PADDLE.NET), KEHALIM, or SHIPREAL. All of these are this course. Please check for those names before reporting the charge as unrecognised or disputing it with your bank, and if you are still unsure, email michael@shipreal.dev and we will identify the transaction for you.

Something Broken?

If a technical issue is blocking access to content you paid for, email michael@shipreal.dev before asking for a refund. Most access problems are fixed the same day, and if we cannot fix it you get your money back regardless of the window above.
