Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

How you get your money back depends on what you bought and how it bills. The free course costs nothing, so nothing applies. The quick course is a monthly subscription, so it is cancelled: you stop the next charge rather than claw back the last one. The full course is a one-time purchase, so it is refunded instead. Each is set out below.

Free Course

The 1-minute module overviews on YouTube are free. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. We recommend starting there before any purchase, since it costs nothing to find out whether the course is for you.

Quick Course (Monthly Subscription)

The quick course is sold as a monthly subscription on Udemy. Subscriptions are cancelled, not refunded:

  • Cancel any time from your Udemy account's subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next charge.
  • Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for. Cycles are not prorated, so cancelling mid-month does not produce a partial refund for the days you did not use.
  • If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged at all.
  • Refunds of an individual monthly charge are governed by Udemy's refund policy and must be requested from Udemy, who holds the payment.

Cancelling only stops future billing. It does not delete your Udemy account or the data Udemy holds about you; see our Privacy Policy.

Full Course (One-Time Purchase)

The full course is bought once, and the purchase includes 12 months of access from the date of purchase. Nothing recurring is charged and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

  • 14-day money-back window. Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full, no explanation required.
  • After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and depend on the nature of the request and how much of the course was consumed. We may offer a partial refund.
  • Payment fees may be deducted. Payment providers do not always return the processing fees they charged on the original transaction, so a discretionary refund may come back net of those fees rather than at the full amount you paid. Where a refund is required by law, such as a statutory right of withdrawal, you receive the full amount with nothing deducted.
  • A refund ends access to the course content.

Purchases made through our Teachable school follow the refund terms shown at that checkout, in line with Teachable's policies.

Teams & Corporate

Corporate and team purchases are governed by the corporate agreement, which includes a scoping phase before any payment so the curriculum, integrations, and tracking setup are agreed in advance. Unless the agreement says otherwise, corporate purchases are non-refundable after delivery begins, and seat counts are adjusted at renewal rather than mid-term.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Billing cycles already elapsed on a subscription.
  • Corporate engagements after delivery has begun, unless the agreement says otherwise.
  • Charges disputed with your bank instead of with us. Filing a chargeback closes your access immediately and we handle it through the payment provider.

How to Request

Email [email protected] with your order number, the email you purchased with, and a sentence on what went wrong. For the quick course, cancel directly in Udemy so billing stops the same day rather than waiting on us.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on business hours and on processing times at our payment provider and your bank, so allow up to 10 business days for the money to appear, occasionally longer for international cards.

Who Actually Charges You

Payments for the full course are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record, or, for buyers in Israel, by Morning (GreenInvoice) and its payment partners including Grow. Subscription payments for the quick course are processed by Udemy. ShipReal never sees or stores your card details. Refunds are issued through whichever of these charged you, which is why we need your order number to route the request.

The charge on your statement may not say "ShipReal". Depending on which route processed your payment and how your bank abbreviates it, the line may appear as PADDLE (often as PADDLE.NET), KEHALIM, or SHIPREAL, and sometimes as a combination of those. All three are us. Please check for those names before reporting the charge as unrecognised or disputing it with your bank, and if you are still unsure, email [email protected] and we will identify the transaction for you.

Something Broken?

If a technical issue is blocking access to content you paid for, email [email protected] before asking for a refund. Most access problems are fixed the same day, and if we cannot fix it you get your money back regardless of the window above.
