Agreement

By accessing shipreal.dev or enrolling in any ShipReal course, you agree to these terms. If you enroll through a third-party platform, that platform's terms also apply.

Course Access

The course is the one product we sell. A version of this course may also be listed on a third-party marketplace, which sells it under its own terms as its own transaction. We are not the seller there, and pricing, billing, access and refunds for it are that platform's rather than ours.

Delivery of Access

Access to the course is delivered within a few minutes of payment being confirmed, by email, to the address you provide at checkout. The message contains your invitation to the Teachable school and is sent from michael@shipreal.dev. No waiting period applies and no separate account needs to be created on this site.

Because the email is automated and carries a course link, it is sometimes routed to a spam, junk, or promotions folder. If it is not in your inbox, check those folders before contacting us. Delivery also depends on the address you entered being correct and on your mail provider accepting the message; neither is within our control.

If you cannot find the email, or the address you entered contains a typo, write to michael@shipreal.dev from the address you paid under and access will be granted or corrected manually.

Intellectual Property

All course content (videos, narration, scripts, slides, and diagrams) is the intellectual property of ShipReal and its author Michael Lugassy. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly rehost, or use it to train commercial products without written permission.

Payments

ShipReal does not process or store payment information. Payment for the course is handled by Paddle, acting as merchant of record and as the seller of record for that transaction, or, for buyers in Israel, by Morning (GreenInvoice) and its payment partners including Grow. Each provider applies its own checkout, tax, VAT, and billing terms, and issues the invoice or receipt for your purchase. Corporate invoicing is arranged directly under the corporate agreement.

Prices are shown before checkout and may be charged in your local currency, with applicable sales tax or VAT added by the payment provider based on your billing country.

Cancellation & Refunds

A course bought from a third-party marketplace is cancelled and refunded there, under that platform's policy and window: we never receive that money and therefore cannot return it.

The course is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and it is refunded instead. It carries a 30-day money-back window from the date of purchase, and a refund ends access to the course content. After that window, refunds are at our discretion. The details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment providers do not always return the processing fees they charged on the original transaction, so a discretionary refund may be net of those fees rather than the full amount you paid. Where a refund is required by law, such as a statutory right of withdrawal, you receive the full amount with nothing deducted.

Access follows the payment. A refund or a chargeback reverses the transaction, and the enrollment it paid for closes at that same moment rather than continuing to the end of any period. If an enrollment is closed in error, or over something we can fix, it is restored as soon as you tell us.

Course content is provided for educational purposes. We make no guarantees about specific career outcomes, salary changes, or job placement. Technology moves fast; while we keep content updated, some details may lag reality.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipReal's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
