By accessing shipreal.dev or enrolling in any ShipReal course, you agree to these terms. If you enroll through a third-party platform, that platform's terms also apply.
All course content (videos, narration, scripts, slides, and diagrams) is the intellectual property of ShipReal and its author Michael Lugassy. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly rehost, or use it to train commercial products without written permission.
You agree not to:
ShipReal does not process or store payment information. Payment for the full course is handled by Paddle, acting as merchant of record and as the seller of record for that transaction, or, for buyers in Israel, by Morning (GreenInvoice) and its payment partners including Grow. Each applies its own checkout, tax, VAT, and billing terms, and issues the invoice or receipt for your purchase. Subscription payments for the quick course are taken by Udemy under its terms. Corporate invoicing is arranged directly under the corporate agreement.
Prices are shown before checkout and may be charged in your local currency, with applicable sales tax or VAT added by the payment provider based on your billing country.
The quick course is a monthly subscription, so it is cancelled rather than refunded. You can cancel at any time from your Udemy account. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your access runs to the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for; cycles are not prorated. Refunds of an individual monthly charge are handled by Udemy under its own refund policy.
The full course is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and it is refunded instead. It carries a 14-day money-back window from the date of purchase, and a refund ends access to the course content. After that window, refunds are at our discretion.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment providers do not always return the processing fees they charged on the original transaction, so a discretionary refund may be net of those fees rather than the full amount you paid. Where a refund is required by law, such as a statutory right of withdrawal, you receive the full amount with nothing deducted.
Both are set out in full, including how to request one and who to contact, in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Course content is provided for educational purposes. We make no guarantees about specific career outcomes, salary changes, or job placement. Technology moves fast; while we keep content updated, some details may lag reality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipReal's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
