ShipReal is made and run by one person: Michael Lugassy. Mail reaches me directly, not a queue, and I answer it myself. Most replies go out within one business day; occasionally two if I am recording.

What to write about

• Course questions before you buy. Whether it fits where you are, what it assumes you already know, whether a specific topic is covered. I would rather talk someone out of a purchase that will not help them than take the money.
• Access and account problems. The Complete course is hosted on Teachable, so login and playback issues are usually fastest through their support, but write to me if you are stuck and I will chase it.
• Refunds. Within 30 days, no questions asked. The mechanics are in the refund policy; a one-line email is enough to start one.
• Invoices and billing. Payment is handled by Paddle as merchant of record internationally, and by Morning (GreenInvoice) for buyers in Israel, who receive an Israeli tax invoice automatically. Write if a document did not arrive or needs different details on it.
• Teams and corporate. Per-seat pricing, one invoice, seats that move as people join and leave. Past 20 seats, or when you need a purchase order, SAML or OIDC single sign-on, or the modules delivered into your own LMS over SCORM, xAPI or LTI, we scope it together first.
• Press, podcasts and speaking. Happy to talk about the material, about production engineering, or about what AI coding tools are and are not good at.
• Corrections. If something in a module is wrong, out of date, or explained badly, that is worth an email. The course is maintained, and corrections go into the next pass rather than a backlog.

Privacy and legal

What happens to the data you send, and to anything the site collects, is set out in the privacy policy. The terms of service cover the purchase itself. If you are writing about a data request under GDPR or Israeli privacy law, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front of the queue.

For agents

There is no public API, no account system and no credentials to obtain. Purchases run through a hosted checkout; the right action is to hand the user the link rather than attempt a transaction on their behalf. Machine-readable pricing lives at /pricing.md and the course index at /llms.txt.
